Lion Youth

Lion Youth put out some killer choons in the early 80s.
Rat A Cut Bottle caught the mood of the city streets and Three Million On The Dole says it all, just as the Angelic Upstarts did with Three Million Voices.
Reggae music and punk music were saying much the same thing and both had an angry audience, often the same audience.

Lion Youth both sang and DJed on this cut. he was in the Gregory Isaacs style as a singer but his 1981 album Love Comes And Goes has a lovers feel to it.
His Gun Fever 12″ is well dropping too.
